Stress is brought on by you. The secret to living a stress free life is what I’m going to discuss here. First know that stress kills, it killed my mom at 40 and can kill you if you let stress affect you.
First look at the situation that is causing you stress and ask yourself will this be important in an hour, a day, a week, a month, in a year or in your life. I can only imagine the answer is no.
If it’s a relationship there are others, a job there are others, traffic? It’s your fault because you are late! Do you let the weather stress you, shame on you if you do.
People take life way to serious, relax, dont worry, be happy it is easier than you think.
Rethink your life, do you need to live in a big city? What is your passion? If you dont have one you should start trying to find one. Dragging yourself out of bed in the morning just to make money is not going to bring happiness it will bring stress, jumping out of bed in the morning to do what you are passionate about is what will being happiness and less stress.
Outsmart situations and look at the positive side to EVERY situation.
What you think you are, if you think you are a good looking, happy, successful person you are, if you think you are a an ugly, unhappy failure you are that.
Your opinion is the only one that matters, everyone else has an agenda behind their opinion, never let what anyone thinks about you affect you, or can cause stress and remember they have their own agenda.
