The Art of positive thinking

The art of positive thinking. Some people say positive people see a glass as half full, negative people as half empty. I say to be truly a positive person you should see the glass as full because there is ALWAYS a positive side to every situation. Negative people have empty glasses.

It is an art to thinking positive. The first thing you must remember is yesterday is history, tomorrow a mystery and today is a gift, that’s why they call it the present. Dont carry baggage from the past. It’s a crutch, I am possibly and practically the most positive person on the planet, on purpose!

If I were to carry my baggage, having my father abandone the family at two, my step dad and mom passing at eleven then spending 7 years in a horrible foster home never receiving any love or guidance I should be a wreck. But they say if it doesnt kill you it makes you stronger. Everything that has occurred in your past is what makes you who you are. Be positive about that person, love that person, if you don’t love yourself how can you expect others to.
My daughter lost literally her home and all her possessions in the Paradise fire last year. She now has a new home, new cars, new motorcycles, clothes, toothbrushes, everything new. Her best friends are now her neighbors in Chico, her 5 daughters and husband were ok, no loss of life. I think that’s great. You cant change the past. Put it behind you, dont use it as a crutch to be negative.

They say every cloud has a silver lining, they do. Heck, the cloud is positive as its water the most precious thing on earth.

You create your perception of the world, it’s up to you to be happy, positive, creative.

Be positive about EVEYTHING and you will make a happy life for yourself, no one else will.
